72-Hour Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 72-hour money-back guarantee on all new game server orders. If you are not satisfied within the first 72 hours of service, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Eligible: First-time orders within 72 hours of purchase.
• Not Eligible: Renewals, service beyond 72 hours, accounts terminated for ToS violations, domain registrations, add-ons purchased separately.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email admin@hyyerhosting.com with subject “Refund Request – Order #[number]”.
2. Include your account email and reason for the refund.
3. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Your server remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Service Credits

For service outages exceeding our 99.9% SLA, we will issue account credit equal to the proportional cost of downtime.
