How do I set up my game server?
1. Purchase a server plan from Browse Games.
2. Your server is auto-deployed — check your email for login details.
3. Log in to your Dashboard to start, stop, and configure your server.
4. Connect to your server using the IP and port shown in your dashboard.
Where do I find my server IP and port?
Log in to your Dashboard → click your server → the connection details (IP:Port) are shown at the top of the server panel.
How do I become admin on my server?
This varies by game. For most games, add your username to the server’s admin list via the Console tab in your Dashboard. For Minecraft, type /op YourUsername in the console.

Minecraft: How to install mods/plugins
1. Stop your server from the Dashboard.
2. Use the File Manager to navigate to the plugins/ (for Bukkit/Paper) or mods/ (for Forge/Fabric) folder.
3. Upload your .jar file.
4. Start the server. The mod/plugin will load automatically.
Project Zomboid: How to add workshop mods
1. Find the Workshop ID of the mod on Steam Workshop.
2. In your server config (Dashboard → Files → servertest.ini), add the Workshop ID to WorkshopItems and the mod ID to Mods.
3. Restart your server. Mods will download and install automatically.
Valheim: How to connect to your server
1. In Valheim, click “Join Game” → “Join by IP”.
2. Enter your server IP and port from your Dashboard.
3. Enter the server password you set during setup.
4. Click Connect.
💳 Billing & Account
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in → My Account → Subscriptions → Cancel. Your server stays active until the billing period ends.
How do I upgrade my server plan?
Go to My Account → Subscriptions → Upgrade. Changes are prorated and take effect immediately.
🔧 Troubleshooting
My server keeps crashing — what do I do?
1. Check the Console log in your Dashboard for error messages.
2. Common causes: insufficient RAM (upgrade your plan), a conflicting mod, or corrupt world data.
3. If the issue persists, contact support on Discord with the console log.
I can’t connect to my server
1. Verify the server is Running in your Dashboard (green status).
2. Double-check the IP and port — copy it directly from the Dashboard.
3. Make sure the game client version matches the server version.
4. Try disabling your firewall temporarily to test.
