1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using hyyerhosting.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Hyyer Hosting provides game server hosting services, including instant server deployment, management tools, and 24/7 infrastructure support for 240+ supported games.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must be 13 years or older to use our services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate billing information.
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services to:

  • Host illegal content or engage in illegal activities.
  • Launch DDoS attacks, spam, or hacking attempts against any target.
  • Violate any intellectual property rights.
  • Mine cryptocurrency without explicit written permission.
  • Resell our services without prior written agreement.

5. Payment & Billing

  • Services are billed monthly in advance.
  • Payments are processed via Stripe.
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension within 24 hours of due date.

6. Uptime & SLA

We target 99.9% uptime for our infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 24 hours in advance. Game server performance depends on your chosen plan specifications.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violations of these Terms without refund. You may cancel anytime per our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hyyer Hosting is not liable for game server data loss, game bugs, or losses resulting from service interruptions beyond reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
